Quit Marijuana

Tuesday, February 2, 2010

Smoking weed is something many people have in common all around the world. There are just as many people out there that are looking for a way to quit smoking marijuana. These people are all looking for the same thing but only a small percentage of them will actually stop smoking weed for good.

The most common reason people fail when they want to stop smoking weed is because they are not serious about the process. The quitting process is difficult and can become overwhelming if you are not prepared for what what comes along when quitting. The mental withdrawal is the most difficult thing that happens. Your mind is so used to smoking weed all the time it is difficult to train your mind and body to go without that high smoking pot gives you. The decision to stop smoking weed should not be made if you are not serious and 100% committed.

You should also not decide to quit because you are trying to prove anything to anyone else. You should stop because you want to quit and you want to change your current lifestyle. Those who decide to quit smoking pot for another person will almost always fail at achieving their goal of becoming drug free. When you quit there will be times where you crave the high that marijuana provides but you have to have the will power to fight off those cravings and stay away from weed.

Quitting marijuana is not ever going to be easy but when you push forward and are serious it can happen. Make the decision to stop smoking weed and start living a more fulfilled life.
